Desert Rose Wedding Photography has photographed many weddings at The Westin at The Woodlands. The Westin at The Woodlands is located at 2 Waterway Square Pl, The Woodlands, Texas 77380
This portrait of a beautiful bride was taken at The Westin at The Woodlands. I wanted to show off The Woodlands architecture while also getting a photo of this beautiful bride. I used a telephoto lens to focus on the bride's face and used natural light to give an overall soft tone to the image.
At this point in the wedding, we already photographed the couples detail photos such as her engagement ring, wedding bands, floral arrangements, bridal bouquet and of course her beautiful white wedding dress.

This image was taken after we have photographed the bride's getting ready images, I took photos of her engagement ring, wedding bands, veil and wedding dress. Once these images were compelted I wanted to create a great candid image of the bride-to-be before her first look with her groom-to-be.
I took her outside of her hotel and saw this great patch of light. I placed her veil over the bride's shoulders then asked her to look down. I love the lace of her veil against her white wedding dress.
The makeup artist used this image to showcase her bridal makeup application.
